These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and w500 ("w500," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the w500 online gaming platform available at w500.xyz and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

All content on the w500 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, animations, and user interface designs (collectively, "w500 Content"), is the exclusive property of w500 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: w500 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any w500 Content without the prior written consent of w500.
• User Content: Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to w500 may be used by w500 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w500 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the w500 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond w500's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms.

w500's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w500 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other w500 policy.

• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Upon termination for cause, w500 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.
